Yesterday, U.S. Senators Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), and Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) introduced legislation that would hold for-profit colleges and universities accountable when they prey on low-income students and saddle them with crushing debt without delivering a quality.
